Nova Commerce

Demo project — an illustrative engagement showing how Quadric-ai scopes, builds and measures work of this type. Named client case studies are published as clients approve them.

Nova Retail Group sold across four regional storefronts on a legacy monolith. We replatformed them onto a headless commerce architecture with a shared design system and real-time inventory.

The challenge

  • Page loads averaged 4.8s on mobile, driving high bounce on paid traffic.
  • Inventory synced overnight, causing oversells during promotions.
  • Every regional storefront was a separate codebase with diverging UX.

Our approach

01

Headless replatform

A React storefront on an edge runtime, backed by a GraphQL commerce layer so regions share one codebase with locale-driven content.

02

Real-time inventory

Event-driven stock updates replaced nightly batches, with reservation logic that holds units through checkout.

03

Performance budget

Image pipelines, streaming SSR and a strict bundle budget enforced in CI kept every route under target on 4G.

“Quadric-ai delivered the replatform in the window we needed for peak trading. The storefront is measurably faster and our team ships changes in hours, not sprints.”
